Tasmanian Land Care employs integrated pest management, focusing on long-term weed control through targeted chemical treatments, suppression with eco-mulching, and competition from revegetation planting.
Our default position is that trees are valuable assets that provide numerous benefits and should be retained whenever possible. Tree removal is typically a last resort, considered only when a tree poses a significant safety risk, is severely diseased beyond treatment, or is causing irreparable damage to property. Our certified arborists can conduct an initial briefing to assess the tree and explore all available options, prioritising tree retention and recommending removal when necessary.
Tasmanian Land Care supports land revegetation by growing plants from locally sourced seed provenance when appropriate. This approach ensures plants are well-adapted to local conditions, leading to better growth, increased biodiversity balance and sustainable habitats that benefit both the environment and local wildlife.
Enhance your property with our expert land care services, including eco-mulching, revegetation, and fire break creation. Our dedicated team ensures sustainable and effective management tailored to your needs.
